I want to introduce my first instructional design creation. The artifact below is a character creation lesson plan. It combines learning theory with research-backed evaluation techniques to provide learners of all ages with personalized learning pathways. The design itself includes a lesson plan for instructors, tables explaining reasoning and evaluation metrics, a character worksheet, an evaluation tool, and research to support the effort.Â

A Published Artifact in the Making
During previous creative endeavors, I created a template for future publications. Now is the time to show it off. The document below represents the first prototype of the Character Creation and Instructor Evaluation Tool. There is still work to be done, as this is only the beginning. The lesson still needs classroom experience from educators and feedback to refine its parameters and make the tool more effective. As I continue to build my instructional design identity and accumulate knowledge, the future publication will grow with me. In the meantime, enjoy its contents. It has something to learn for everyone.
